It sounds like you have no regrets getting the X eh Wayne? Unfortunately, the X wasn't available when I bought my G. But when upgrade times comes next year, I will definitely be looking at the X......especially with the winters we've been having out east lately. I've heard nothing but great things about the X and what a difference it makes in the snow.

.I got a pleasant surprise on our last trip to Toronto and back (549km), this includind driving around T.O a bit but mostly highway driving. I used the cruise on the highways and set the speed at 20 kph over whatever the posted speed limit was on each highway. Our mileage worked out to 10.55 L/100km. I thought that was pretty good. This would equate to over 700 km per tank. Of course that does not happen too often cause I find I am usually giving her a few good shots now and again.
You would love the car in the snowy slippery conditions, it is unbelievable. The G is actually my wife's car and she loves it when she has to go out of town for business during the winter, she doesn't worry about the snow conditions anymore. When she gets home after an hours drive in fresh snow, she is usually grinning ear to ear, and will often say "I just Love my car
"Darn, they are calling for snow this weekend
.. Are we ever going to have our Spring Meet?
WE might have to wait till summer.
Today at my Chiropractor's office I noticed a black G35X sedan in the parking lot. In the waiting room I asked a young lady if it was her car. She said yes, she had an earlier G35 and traded it for the X because of her commute to the big smoke. It made a significant difference to her peace of mind in the snow. I am heading into Toronto tomorrow and will probably take the van because of the possibility of snow......bummer. Now if I had the X, different story.
I've never driven one but have heard they handle.....differently. Any comments?
