The G didn't represent that well...or rather, I didn't represent it that well. It's a pretty heavy car to toss around in an autocross; coupled with my newbieness, it wasn't setting any timesheets on fire.
I gained time and improved with every run which is my goal so I'm happy there. I also got a really clean run at the end with a decent time that I was really happy with. Unfortunately it was on a fun run so didn't count for anything...
WolfsterX, the next HADA event is June 12th. http://www.hadamotorsport.com/solo2

Another great pic...that's my fist up in the air. This is an example of what you should never do at an autocross but the pic just came out so well. Great photographer.
Shane,
Have you lowered your G35? Will it make the difference if you lowered for better steering? I'm thinking of getting 1" drop all around.
Do you have to wear a helmet? I think wearing helmet is prolly uncomfortable.
I looked up at the map and it is close to my house... like 5 minutes drive, I'll drop by and watch the show

1" drop will probably make a difference...not necessarily for the better though unless you get shocks to match the spring rate. That would also put you in a different class. Yes, a helmet is required. It's not uncomfortable at all.
