Sammy, i got my VIN# last tuesday after i went into the dealership and complain to their manager...(they actually offer me free spoiler and or lifetime oil change as a apology) btw, mine is a June production car, so u should've gotten ur vin# long time ago...

Are u sure they place ur vehicle as a May production? According to the document they gave me, my car is a June production and by the date 06/30 it is at "sea in transit"...
If u ordered ur car at april, i think it may be possible that they give ur vehicle to someone else who needs it immediately and since u already put a guranteed on the deposit so they r not afraid u will cancel it, and they will get 1000 from u either way...

Wel, i guess u can cancel ur order and complain to them that the car has been delayed for way too long and see if they give u ur money back so u can get it from some other dealership, or give up on that $1000 deposit... Wel, if u don't wanna lose ur deposit, i guess the only thing u can do is go into their dealership and ask them to print out ur vehicle order detail with the order number on it from their system, and also it should stated ur car is a may or june production car.... U really should start bitching at them and complain to their manager now!

 

Thanks for the reply, I think that I will have to go into the dealer and kick some butt. I checked my order form and I filled out the paperwork on March 22 and the order was placed on April 16. That should mean that it would be a May production car, right? The weird thing is when I ordered the car they told me up front that it would be a July delivery. Why so long if I ordered it in April?
