The new lens will have to be custom made.
I have a source for the lens material, cost is negligable.
My main concern is the extra time it will take to do them @ the workshop.
& how many guys want to do extra things besides the Eyes..... could be a long day
I was planning to do my lights b4 the workshop, so I can get things figured out.
Then I'll be able to help you guys better.
I should be able to get lenses pre cut ready to go b4 the WS.
-----------------------------
The other thing is the DRL light circuit (cct) for our Canadian cars.
The cct will have to be modified to replace the current DRL setup with the
"Demon Eyes" and the parking light cct as well.
I have one of my techs working on a plug & play solution that should make installation easy.
* also to make it easy to restore the car back to normal.
There will be a cost associated for this, but should be pretty inexpensive.
I only want recover my time and material costs.
I'll post up the info on this soon as I work out the details.

They're less expensive than the stealths,
they're clear when OFF & amber when ON.
I'll try to get some lenses pre cut ready to install.
Thanks for the offer of your time...
Depending on the numbers it could be a long day...
I have shop space to work on 3 - 4 lights at a time,
but I'm limited to one bay to pull cars in to remove the lights.
I hope to have time by the weekend to open up my test light to see how it goes.

Well, I had a chance to play with changing the lens to clear.
It's a little tricky to do & takes time.
Also easy to screw up if not careful.
It will be up to you guys, if you want to attempt this.
I will have some tools & lens material if you're brave enough.
pic1 orange dremeled out
(orange part is actually all one piece, just part is chrome painted)
pic2 - clear lens rough cut for fitting
pic3 - clear assembled

Just got my replacement LEDs for the cleared turn signal & side markers.
These are high quality products & much cheaper than Stealth bulbs...
They should hide nicely behind the clear lens.
Side markers $6.50 US
Signal $15.00
Got them from Velocity LEDs
They are clear but flash amber.
The arrow shows a second row of LEDs aimed sidways..... this to fill out the beam.
