It's amazing what you see sometimes on the hiways....
(one of the reasons I avoid them as much as possible)

I've see guys reading, going full clip down the 400.
I saw one guy eating a bowl of cereal while on the 400

& tons of ladies beating their mugs

very true. when i owned my old 91 accord i got rear-ended by a woman once on a residential street. i was driving and a guy in front of me slowed down to turn into his driveway... next thing i knew... thump... i'm rear-ended. luckily we were all going slow. weird thing is... i get out of my car and look at my back bumper (don't really see any damage) but the damn woman isn't coming out of her car and she seems to be looking in her visor mirror. i was about to drive away when she finally came out. she was all apologetic but i couldn't get my eye's of her face. she had mascara smeared all over under her eye. i think she was actually applying it when she hit me from behind and it smeared all over her face. she sat in the car and tried to wipe some off before coming out. i drove away but couldn't help laughing over what had happened. mind u if i had the car back then with the car i have today i would have been furious. but it just goes to show u the things people do in their cars when driving. i really worry about new drivers and their driving habits too. i can't tell u how many times i've seen punk kids driving with their seatbacks to the floor causing their noses to be level with the door sill while gabbing on a cell phone like they're p-diddy. sometimes i wanna reach over and smack them in the head.... and people wonder why their insurance rates are so high!

Funny stuff.... and so true -- I've seen all of these and then more.

I once had a guy so busy having a conversation on his cell phone that he let his foot off the brake and rolled into me at a light.
He wouldn't even get off his phone until I angrily told him to "GET OFF YOUR PHONE!!" and then he still wouldn't step out to have a look... luckily there was no visible damage.

Also had a woman rear end me at a stop sign... while putting her makeup on -- she was so attractive that I couldn't be mad and got her phone number instead.

LOL, yes you see it all these days, making driving a real 'adventure'.
Besides being late and having to 'ready' yourself on the way to work, there are a myriad of distractions in the car to divert ones attention.
My M is loaded with them.... , luckily some of them actually help me keep the car on the road whilst playing with others.
Really like Lane departure warning and Intelligent cruise, not to mention the more familiar VDC and ABS systems.
Thanks God for technology these days, or we'd be in an even bigger mess.
C.

Funny article!!

It reminded me one day I saw this girl driving a car, she had the rear-view mirror on her, as she was brushing her hair, putting on her make up and shifting gears at the same time. I was thinking, that's an accident waiting to happen.

Then there was a time I saw this guy driving by me with a huge smile on his face, we'll lets say I saw a head bobbing up and down as he passed me!!
