Finally went and got my 12,000km check up/tune up. Also got my clock replaced and it is the same clock as in the new 2003.5 and the coupe's. Also got my recall stuff checked and replaced. I think they gave me a new radio and climate control system because all the buttons feel new and have a new powdery feel to it, instead of the smooth slightly worn out buttons before. [img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img] If I knew they were gonna change the radio, I would have asked them to try and hook me up with a SAT radio. Da well.

Which dealer did you go to? Do they have a TSB to refer to? I need to arm myself with some of this info for the next time I go in to Ericksen Infiniti. I'm also having a hard time trying to get them to replace my air conditioner as they say they can't duplicate the noise. 2 days ago while it was over 20 C here, when I rev'd the engine over 2000 RPM, sound like a weed eater under the hood. That's the faulty air cond noise right? I offered to take it down there for them to hear, but I was told that the shop manager had to hear it and he wasn't in. It wasn't good enough for anyone else at the place to confirm! I was previously happy with their service, but now I find that I'm running into some issues.[img]/w3timages/icons/frown.gif[/img]

I had everything done at Alta Infiniti in Woodbridge, Ontario. Everything went well and they were very nice about it. They said that there was a TSB for the clock, but they did not provide me with the # code.

i hope they replace my clock next time i go get my car serviced! as long as the crooked buttons and the center console panel that doesnt fit anymore!

last time the broke a part of my dash when replacing the radio and curcuit board, then the new buttons didnt fit properly, and they said they now need to order ANOTHER radio, curcuit board, center console to replace it... and it still havnt arrived!!!

 

Tell them you want the satellite radio!!
