Motor Oil

Since Day 1 my dealership has been putting MOTUL 040 Oil into my car. Im gonna winterize my car this weekend. I need to do an oil change before I can do that. Heres the problem! Its snowing outside. My cars in my garage. The dealerships in DOWNTOWN TORONTO. So I have to do my oil oil change. Where can I purchase MOTUL oil from. Canadian Tire does have it? Any Help??

NO Motul is a different brand also available in the US. Very high end lubricants.

Not many places carry that oil bro.....got a freind who can stop in at Yorkville INfiniti?
Only other thing to do it put in another oil just for the winter months. Shouldn't be an issue.

Agree with you there Colin. Engine isn't going to be doing any lubricating except for start up in the spring so most any quality oil will fit the bill.

There are dealerships that actually use MOTUL? I always thought you had to either bring in your own and have them put it in or you pretty much went with their standard OEM Nissan stuff, no? Well I'm out in the west end, so that goes to show you what I know. I know that 401/Dixie wouldn't know what MOTUL was if it bit them on the a$$.

So which dealerships do this? Yorkville I'm guessing, anywhere else? How much more is it? I've been planning on doing it for my car from now on, once I was properly broken in (but I'm already at my 24K checkpoint LOL)

Hey Al, The only dealership I've heard of so far is Yorkville Infiniti -- Jerry used to get it in, so I'm assuming it's still available there.
Jerry may still be able to supply it-- don't know ..... JERRY

C.

......and now Specialty Lubricants in Markham that Bill posted.

Let's not forget...

Ian mentioned these guys in another thread - http://www.ppsonline.net/motul.htm
They are Canadian vendors of Motul products, so it saves on s/h and duties. I've been meaning to order from them, since they take paypal too.

Ian: are these guys still good to go?
