How much Are You Leasing Your G For?
Just got into a 2004 G35 6MT lease for 48 mos. From checking around - it seems like I got a pretty decent deal:
$2500 day of delivery
$795/month (tax included)
Would love to compare what other Canadians paid to lease their similar G35s. I got everything except the Navi...thanks!

Re: How much Are You Leasing Your G For?
I'm assuming you're talking about G35 sedan, considering the lease rate of 6.2%, and a residual of 56%, I'd say you're on the high side of monthly payments.. now, you say that this deal is for 2004 models, so you still maybe able to get out of it. I'd expect the selling price (after negotiation) of a 2004, 6MT, no navi to be at most $40,113 (this is if the 2003 and 2004 prices are same, even if they're not I'd expect an increase of no more than 2-3%)
However, since you're leasing, I'd say go for a 2003, you'll be able to get an even better deal, a lot of dealers still have stock (atleast in Ontario)....... my cousin picked his up for $43,500 6MT, navi, and this price includes freight, PDI, air&gas tax .. (federal/provincial taxes extra......).

795 tax in does seem a little high for a 4 year lease.
if you're not locked in shop around. for comparison's sake for a fully loaded murano which is 46500 at @6.5% 48mos comes to $780tax in and that's without any discounts as listed on the nissan website.
03 G35 coupe SS (GD) 6spd everything but navi
02 QX4 pearl white

Actually guys - I am talking about a brand-spanking new G35 Coupe in Silverstone. I think it lists at $47,000 before discounts but considering the hotness of the vehicle - most places won't budge much on the price. I however struck a good relationship with a top guy in a local Infiniti and he was willing to do the deal under my suggested offer. I realize interest rates aren't too low for this model but - dang! I love this car!
That being said - was the deal at least decent? I know he knocked off over $1500 from my comparisons with other dealers...I get it at the end of the month too!

$795 is a super hot deal for a 6MT coupe (no Navi I guess ? since you said $47K). But then again if you live in Alberta or any of those provinces that don't charge PST, its a decent deal, but not extra-ordinary...... but if you live in Ontario I envy you

Re: How much Are You Leasing Your G For?
It's a good deal for 6mt coupe, i've been quote before for around 825 for the 5AT w/ performance pkg with 0 down... I'm in Ontario too though... anywayz, afterall i decided the interest rate is too high so decided to buy it...
wel, but i'd say 795 for a 6mt sounds like a sweet deal to me!

Re: How much Are You Leasing Your G For?
I've placed an order or a 2004 g35 coupe with performance and navi withg 401 dixie nissan and they said something like 600-700 with like 7999 down or something like that(that was at 7-8 % interest) but i've also heard that RoyFoss up at richomond hill leases any car at 5.49% ...anyone else heard of this or other companies with low interest rates?

Re: How much Are You Leasing Your G For?
Hmm..I'm not exactly sure that I can say you got a deal. For my G35c(brilliant silver) performance package with Navi I paid an upfront deposit of $1000.00 and I am paying $900.00 including taxes for 48 months. They are making big bucks on these vehicles because of th high demand! What bastards! There are no discounts on these vehicles!

Re: How much Are You Leasing Your G For?
Safe to say the hotness of these cars is making it hard for anyone to get a good deal on a coupe. Basically my dealer knocked close to $2000 off the $47 000 sticker price of my 6MT(2003 price but my car will be 2004) - unheard of with this car at this moment. It was a nice gesture on behalf of the owner who knows my wife's boss and therefore gave me a "slight" break - otherwise he woulda told me to take a hike.
I am also putting zero down - I've checked and most dealers still want $2700-3400 on day of delivery(covering first month, freight and PDI and other BS) even with nothing down...I get a away with only dishing out an even $2500. Not bad IMO.
I got the VIN # last week...It comes in next week. Excited is a mild way of putting it.

Re: How much Are You Leasing Your G For?
My 2004 G35 coupe should be coming in a couple of days. I still have to work out the lease. I've been quoted for $780 a month for 48 months with 0 down. Thats on a coupe 5AT with performance and navi.(49000). can anyone tell me if this is a good deal and can anyone tell me what the resdiual is for 2004 cars. Thanks P.s. has anyone leased a car through ROYFOSS LEASING? cause there lease rate is 5.49 is it worth it?
