I have an '04 6MT Coupe (red) on its way. This package forces the spoiler, which I would like to remove or trade trunk lids with someone who wants it. Does anyone know if this can be removed or is it mounted through the trunk lid?

 

There will be holes drilled on the trunk.... your best bet is to find someone which want to add the spoiler do a tunk swap with you....

 

If you remove the spoiler you need to add an additional high brake light because the 6MT has the high brake light on the spoiler. You need to consider this.

 

does you guys know how much will it cost to install and painted an aftermarket spoiler? (not the stock one)
I'm considering an aftermarket spoiler but i have to know how much will it cost to paint it before decide rather to get it or not... any idea?
btw, anyone can recommend a autoshop that is good at this?
