Any Comments? Need Help!

"Clicking noise when breaking from Rear Parking Mode"

First service schedule, they replaced the Rear Driveshaft. Then I have noticed that the clicking noise still makes.

Second Service scheduled after 2 weeks later, they replaced the Rear Axle and Brake Calipers as well, but the service advisor told me that clicking noise will not be gone, and it's normal action for all coupes.

I really dont understand what he told me today, and I need some advise or concerns on this issue.

Thanks

JC

Not sure if this has anything to do with yours, but there is a TSB -- HERE -- number 05002B on page 2 that may help.
You have to figure the dealer has a list of all these Bulletins, but who knows?

BTW, I had no clicking noises on my coupe...

Have a look at that INfiniti site anyway. It's loaded with good info.

hey man i have the same noise (i think) and if u take your brake pads off u will notice there is a metal piece that is beside both pads, this piece is what makes the clicking noise because when u stop it moves back and forth hitting the brake pad pins.

That's what technician at the dealership told me about.

What the?????? Are you saying there is something on the pads, other then the wear indicator that clicks on ??what is a brake pad pin??, on your rotors?

im actually talking brembos here but im sure yours have the same thing, theres a piece of metal that goes on with each break pad its very thin but thats what starts clicking after a while because the holes that the pins go through start getting warn and larger as u start using your breaks more, not a big deal but can be annoying.
