Ya, that's how I am going to have everyone do it. I'll mention it tomorrow at the meet and folks can e-mail me if they want goodies. I'll put the order in then either ship/deliver them when they arrive. I'd say in the end it won't be the steal of the centure, but with the exchange rate and some % off, we'll probably all save a good 10-15% on CAD prices. I'm going to be placing a pretty large order myself - kinda running low on a lot of stuff.

Hope you can make it, but totally understand if you can't.

Alrighty I packed the supplies up, all the ziano, clay bar, porter cable, towels, micro fiber towels. Did not have time to get the beer, but I got snacks, guess we could run the grocery store or beer store later

See you guys there tomorrow

Bring sweaters and jackets guys and gals. You can always take them off and throw them in the trunk. .. if ther're really nice jackets, throw 'em in my trunk. lolz...

Ahhh, I love the smell of Zaino in the morning. Opened up the leather cleaner and took a sniff, just to set the tone before I packed it.
Morning all, looks great.
See you when you get there.

LOL, Sam, I was debating whether to phone you or not, but I can see you're up and smelling the Zaino already......
Do they have that in Capoccino or Latte?

See you in about 20.

C.

Hey - we're all just getting back! I'm probably the first one - Colin should be home soon, but Sam will probably be another hour. I will upload my pics first thing.

Guys - I have a blast, thanks everyone for coming out. It was awesome meeting all of you. Sam and Colin thanks so much for helping put today together, and Sam definitely thank Steve for us. Without the location it would have been a bust.

Of course if anyone has any detailing questions after today please let me know. The site I mentioned for products is http://www.detailedimage.com/index.html . I will write up a little "recommended products" thing tonight or tomorrow. You guys can e-mail me with any products you want and I will e-mail you back with a price. I would like to submit the entire order by Wedensday.

Pics soon!

I got back to Kincardine around 7 tonight from the meet.

It was a great day, a big thanks to Sam for setting up the building and the great table of goodies that he provided, very tasty Sam.

A special thanks also to Picus (Kevin) for the fantastic hands on training that he gave to us throughout the day. Wow this guy is a wealth of knowledge and is so willing to share his knowledge. But honestly Kevin I still don't think I have the ***** to take sandpaper to the hood of my G (even if it is 3000 unigrit paper).

Also it was great seeing all the familiar faces and also some new faces there.

PS..can't wait to see the pics

Wayne

Alright, I put my wife to work taking these off the camera. Here we go. Sorry for the lack of people in the pictures. I was kind of pre-occupied with taking pics of the car when I had a chance. I saw lots of cameras there, so I have a feeling we'll be seeing more pics soon.

Before:

You're probably thinking the same thing I did when I was taking these pics. "This isn't so bad, 2 hours tops..."

So we rolled her on in and put the lights to her...

I'm pretty sure my first reaction was "oh damn... "

After ~6 hours.

The owner was either happy or being electrocuted. You decide!

Obligatory art-y shot that's my new desktop.

Cheers.
