Need a heads up on this dealership folks. I haven't dealt there but I'm sure some of you have if you wouldn't mind sharing. Good , Bad, Indifferent, SERVICE?????????? Thanks. Someone asked me, I told him I'd go to the guys (and gals) that know...........

Is it Nissan, Infiniti, or both?????

They have both there... i'm not quite sure about servicing the car there but i bought my car there. They were pretty good about things and got me my coupe in less than 1 week.

I bought the car at the Nissan dealership, but during the process i did talk to a couple guys from the Infiniti.

This is a great little dealership. Professional sale staff and because they're not one of the high volume movers, there's no mightier than thou attitude, and they will deal if your approach is right. I regret not buying from them. The couple hundred bucks I saved by going to Willowdale seems insignificant right now.

I don't know about the service there, but they do have an Infiniti only garage, and there's apparently nothing shared in terms of parts and technicians with the Nissan garage next door.

And hey, this is my first post, so a lurker no more!

I've heard some great things about 401 & Dixie and I've passed them all on to my friend.
Finding a decent dealership for support and service is so important. I personally go to Brantford Nissan (about 15 minutes away) and have a good rapport with them.

Hey RacingManiac, Bummer on the Altima t/d. Sounds like Nissan let them down on the delivery. (maybe the truck driver got lost hahahaha). What's the saying "SH*T happens"?

A great dealership with excellent service.I got my G35 there a lot better than the other dealer in Mississauga. Will never make that mistake again
