Just moved here from the Island, any good or recomended day trips that would be entertaining in a G. I have already done Whistler and Lougheed hwy to Harrison Lake.

I went to a trip at Manning Park once & the drive was very fun but watch out for the cops, was almost caught once. 8-)

Drove to Belcarra Regional Park on a Sunday afternoon. Not much people were on the road, or going to the park. Had the road mostly to myself. I was just taking a leisurely cruise. Wasn't speeding or anything. It was fun hitting the different elevations and going thru the park's windy roads. The green scenery and fresh air was an added bonus.

Yes, the Belcarra roads are pretty good, could use another 20K, those Pilots really grip. Also took in the DEATH hike aroung Buntzen Lake.
