Need help with aftermarket amp and sub!!

ok so, I followed a DIY for putting in an aftermarket sub and amp, I did everything as it said to do it, and now only my front right speaker is working. The new amp is getting power and everything is hooked up correctly (as far as I know). Does anyone know what I could have done wrong? Last night when I was working on it all four speakers were working but they were very quiet. Now this morning I wake up and go out to make sure I have everything hooked up correctly and only the front right speaker is working and it isn't quiet like they were last night, so now I have one working speaker.

My car is an 03 g35 sedan

Thanks

Does the output impedance of your amp match the speaker power handling and impedance?

You can test the speakers with a single AA 1.5v battery

all four speakers are working now, but the sub isn't doing anything at all. Amp is getting power, any ideas?

Does the amp have a separate sub woofer output?
Did you wire the sub woofer correctly?
Does the sub require a separate power supply?
Did you follow the installation instructions?
On my home theater amp not only are there separate sub woofer outputs but they have to be activated in the amplifier menu. My sub also has its own power supply.
Perhaps you have a defective sub?
Contact the manufacturer

Check to see if the amp is set to HPF on the channel going to the sub. If so, it's only passing the HIGH frequency portion of the signal though, not the low-frequency portion that the sub would play.

ok I checked and double checked everything. I have everything wired up correctly and the subs are definitely getting some sort of power. when music is playing and I put my hand on the subs I can feel a very slight vibration. So now my question is why are they getting so little power? Im new to car audio so I don't have any idea how to solve this problem. thanks for the help
