quick questions
1. do i have to clay everytime before i wax/polish my car?
2. has anyone heard of adams butter wax/ revive polish and all those products of adams??
3. and is a porter cable really necessary to remove swirls?

1. No, but waxing / polishing will not remove the raised contaminants on the paint. Claying everytime does not hurt, its just another step.
2. Not me
3. At a minimum, yes. You'll never be able to work in a product properly by hand, and you'll never be able to apply the same pressure through out the process. Swirl removers arent like waxes that just get applied and excess removed, the product has to be worked into the paint, heat up, and break down to do its job. And to get proper results, you'll need to apply similar pressure over the entire area you're working on, and that is impossible by hand...

Without getting into an argument, if you find an Adam's product you like, you might want to check www.chemicalguys.com for an equivalent and save some money.
