Summertime and birds
Last night, I found this giant spot of bird s**t just left of my license plate. Only an ostrich could have done something like this. Unfortunately, they don't fly so it must have been a chimpanzee hanging off the side of the house.
Anyway, I tried cleaning it yesterday, but there may be a spot. Any recommendations? Besides getting a .22 for anti-flying s**t droppers.

Debating between the Mossberg or Remmy 12 gauge, perhaps sabot rounds to ensure full destruction.
I'm going to have another go at the spot later today when its gets cooler somewhere in the 90's.

cant go wrong with either these days. but whatever you do, go right for the 3.5 Mag slugs. however, for birds.. you better hope its sitting still, or get used to birdshot. not saying that hitting a bird on the fly (with a slug) is impossible. i can do it, but as for the other 98% of the population... good luck!

if you put some time into waxing the car well, it would come off no problem. the whole point of waxing / sealing is for the pro-active measures like not getting the paint stained, etc...

I believe some people use baking soda and a lil water to neutralize the acidity of the dropping and then inspect from there.
You always want to start with the least abrasive method and work your way up until you have the results you want, then move from an abrasive polish to finer polish to bring up the shine.
If the OTC remedies like bug n tar remover, quick detailer, etc don't work, then claying and polishing would be the next step I would take.
