Restoring shine to wheel's polished lip

As the title states, how do you guys restore that shine to your wheel's polished lip?

P21S Metal Polishing Soap is great for maintenance. If you need a deep and strong cleaning then I would use the P21S Finish Restorer. I've used a lot of polishes and nothing is stronger imo. If the wheel has lots of scratches etc. it will probably need to be refinished if you want it perfect.
