Depends on how dirty it is to start with. Car soap and water most of the time, and seal with a good quality sythetic sealant such as megs #21/zaino/wheel wax. If theres lots of build up, use something like eagle allwheel cleaner making sure the surface it cool to the touch. To polish use any metal polish with a mother's powerball followed up by a good sealant.
