Spots on headlights

My car is only 7 months old and it seems like the the plastic covering for the headlights are fogging up or something. From an angle you can see water like spots on the plastic but it is not on the outside. It is on the inside.... I use 303 aerospace protectant on the headlights.... but it doesn't seem to help.
Does anyone have any suggestions?? Is this normal for it to start fogging up at such an early time?? Anyone else have this problem??
Thanks in advance for your suggestions and comments.

I wouldn't use anything on that plastic, I think that kind of stuff is the reason you see older cars with "yellow" headlight lenses, I have never used anything like that, one vehicle I had for 6 years, and the lenses never turned yellow! If it's inside, I would contact the dealer!

Only use something made for them-- I use 3M clear plastic polish. It gets rid of the haze and leaves a nice shine. My guess is that it won't yellow them, as it's made specifically to keep clear plastic looking good. Your local auto parts store should carry some.

Do you know if the lenses are made of Acrylic or Lexan?
