Dings!

What's the best way to deal with dings? Someone put a nice one on my drivers side door. It's really, really frustrating. Someone would have to hit the door pretty hard with their door to leave a mark. Idiots!

Hey Douglas! I work at a Body shop, and the Techs there can do door dings without repainting most of the time! Bu using special tools to push out the dent from inside the door! Called "Paintless Dent Repair" Most of the time it comes out pretty Nice, can hardly tell, But all Depepnds how Big and How Deep the Dent Is! So if you want to go this route visit your Local body shop, or look for a guy who is mobile and does this sort of repair. We have a few mobile guy's that go around doing this kind of repairs! Just my 2 Cents! And I "HATE" the Idiot's that just open thier door without caring about other peeps rides!

When I have to park between two cars, I try to park closer to the driver's side of one car and further away from the passenger side of the other car. I figure that the driver of a car (who usually owns the car) will generally be much more careful than a passenger.

That is so sad some people don't give a shiznitts for others vehicles.

If I have to park between two cars I just don't park . Unless, of course I am with a group of other cars I know.

At the office I do just the opposite as most people drive to work by themselves so the passenger door will stay unopened.

I've used a company called "Dent Wizard" before for paintless dent removal. It was quick and "cheap" and you couldn't even tell the door had ever been hit.

I was able to purchase a "policy" from my dealer for dings and for paint chips. I just hope I never have to use it!

Let us know how it turns out.

I hate those bastards that care nothing about the car next to them. If I ever saw somebody actually ding my door, I think I'd flip. And let me tell you, boys & girls...you don't want to see me flip. I'd bring down hell-fire from the sky and more than likely smoke would come out of my nostrils...it wouldn't be pretty...

Okay, so I think my ding is more of a paint scuff from some morons door. What's the best product to use to get that little scuff off? I don't want to ruin the paint.
Thanks.
