this may be a moot point by now but I'd have to agree that you'll waste your time with a contract. Its a great idea but practically speaking, no dealership will sign a contract you present them. First off you'll be dealing with some ying yang that doesn't know his a$$ from his elbow. Even if you get past him, I just see it as an impossibility that any manager, or similar type, would sign such a contract. I see him being fired before the ink is dry. Take pictures of your car before it goes into service. Take pictures after service IF you see damage. Now, maybe you have a case. Make sure the 'date' feature is on in your camera.
That's your best course. If the dealer does not pay attention to your requests, find another dealer. I take my G to a Nissan dealer for occasional routine service.
Very cheap, but very honest. Never do more than I ask.
If I was a dealer I would laugh at the idea of signing a contract for not washing a car, to be honest. (Like, "you got to be kidding"...) But there is no reason not to comply with a customer's request.
Take them to small claims if they damage your car.

ya I dont even go for maintence anymore I do it all myself it is fun and I know that it is gtting done right. The only thing I would tke my car in for is a warranty issue, and then I stress do not touch the car after, no wash
