Fender bender vs. Touchup needed

Today while going to school, I was involved in a little mishap. After pulling an all nighter, I drove to school, (30 min drive) long story short, a few blocks after exiting the freeway my lovely CD changer fouled up and started randomly cycling through the CD's , which distracted me and caused me to rear end some chick going about 5mph. There was no major damage, just a bunch of scratches, I offered the chick $150 and it was settled. Any who, after polishing my bumper with a scratch remover compound, there are a few noticeable "engravings" and a few "gray" spots where the paint rubbed off. What are some recommended methods of "touching up" that will remove most of these imperfections?

edit: color = twilight blue (dark blue w/ pearlcoat)

edit: its a lease, so I dont care for repainting at this time b/c I still have a good 14 months left.
