Paint on my Rims

I just recently bought my 2003 g35 coupe, i got s#$% on my rims, i don't know weither its paint or the brakes..i tried using the varsal and it didn't come off, any suggestions...i tried scrubing it real hard too..it still doesn't come off.

what finish are your wheels?

are they stocks or aftermarket?
