My front bumper is all scratched up on the underside from running over those cement things at parking lots. I want to get it fixed as soon as it warms up. Can someone tell me how much I should budget for it to be repainted?

 

I wonder if a curb feeler would help with this, it's not just with the G, but many new cars are low like this, I am cautious parking for sure!

What's a curb feeler? I try to be cautious, but it seems like whenever I let anyone drive it (my dad and best friend included) they find some way of scratching it up. I'm hoping I can get it repainted for a couple hundred buck. Does this sound right? How much could I save by taking off the bumper myself?

 

A curb feeler is the girl sitting next to you. She gets out of the car and feels the curb for you so you dont hit it.

Nice comeback! Actually, a curb feeler is a small spring looking thing people would attach to the lower fender on the passenger side, that would make a loud noise as soon as it touched the curb, so you knew you were close enough! Do you have the standard bumper, with the black lower lip?
