I recently was driving down the road when a million acorns fell out of a tree above me and pelted my car. Luckily, the damage seems to be limited to a couple of scratches on the black window pillars on the passenger side. They're not that long, but they're too deep to buff out (I can catch my finger on them).

So, has anyone found any touch up paint that would match this area? I figure I can touch it up and wetsand the area then buff.

 

Did you try the dealer? They have touch up paint to match your car. However, matching metallic paint is kind of an art form.

 

^^ I think he is talking about the black plastic vertical pieces on the window.

 

That's what I'm talking about. They look like they're painted though on my car not dyed plastic. I just realized I forgot to mention that I have an '07 G35x sedan.
