Paint Chip Repair??

Hey guys, i have already researched this matter but i still have couple questions about fixing paint chips. The chip that i have is is about 1 X 3/4 inch. Should i fill it in with touch up paint then wetsand it or should i apply a coat of clear over the touch up paint before sanding since its such a large area? Also what grit of sandpaper do you guys recomend when wetsanding, 2000 or 2500?

Yes, i have the pc buffer. But do you still think i should clear coat it since its such a large area. Also do you think using Meguiars Swirl Remover 2.0 will be enough take out scratches after wetsanding with 2500 grit or should i use something more abrasive like their fine cut clearner?

Try number #83. Cause #9 won't take it out. Some people put clear coat and some don't. Just matter what you want to do.
