The paint on my car is in terrible shape.
I bought a black g35. I've tried to take care of it as much as I can. I've had it for about eight months, but the car has water spots that I can't remove, there's a few stains that look like a bird ****ted on the car(I do not recall a bird crapping on my car), there's also minimal swirls; thanks to the microfiber towels. So if I want a professional place to get the paint in better shape, what service do I ask for, and to correct all of these minor inconveniences, how much could it cost me?
I'll try to get some pics tomorrow. Plus there's a little chip on the door. It hurt my feelings when I saw it. I did not want to scratch it off thinking it was dirt and what not, but appears to be from the car.

My car has several water spots and bird **** stains that are noticeable at a close view. Can we all agree a full detail will be the solution to these problems?
I was thinking of getting this done after the summer since it's so damn hot, and there are a lot fewer bugs once fall arrives.

Remeber its a full exterior detail. If you go on autopia, you'll find good detailer there. Fminus, Exclusive detail(Detailer on this forums in california) are two good detailer I can think of.
I've a black obsidian G35, too, and I ran into all your problems ever since owning her.
What I did was to get a full detail (wash, clay bar, wax, etc) first to build a good base to work with and to remove the swirls/scratches from the previous owner. I've then gone the route that several other owners have prescribed - cali duster every other day or so, then use a quick detail spray (I use zaino's Z6 and Z8 i believe) and wipe down with an MF towel. I get a few minor scratches when I forget to wash the MF towels, but for the most part I'm happy with my paint for the time in between car washes. Wax every 6-8 weeks.
Contact John with Exclusive Auto Detail - he drives down to SD every now and then, and he does a great detailed, uh, detail.
His work speaks for itself: https://g35driver.com/forums/southern-california/188615-exclusive-auto-detailing-socal.html
