I have these spots all over my hood that ate the through the clear coat. I went to several detailers and they can't get it off. So after saving enough money, I'm looking for a good painter to re-paint my hood. Anybody know of any in So Cal? Or remedies? I tried watersanding it..but no luck. just makes it worse.

 

the spots are probably from rock chips, after the re-paint invest in a clear bra!
