wheel cleaner sans h20?

Is there a good wheel cleaner that doesn't need to be hosed off? It's too cold outside for me to hose off the wheels after cleaning. I just need something to get the salt off the stock wheels and perhaps coat them to prevent buildup later. Something that can be sprayed and wiped off would be ideal...any recommendations?
thanks

ONR. Use Warm water in you solution bucket and rinse bucket. Prerinse the wheels with a spray of ONR at QD strength and then use the wheel cleaner of chose. After you spray the wheel the the wheel cleaner, go over it with the wash media your using and the dry with a microfiber towel.
