To remove the scratches temporarily, you could purchase any glaze or polymer filler to fill the scratches up. If you'd like to remove them permanently, you'll need to use a high speed buffer and the proper technique / chemicals. If you're not familiar w/ using buffers, then consider a local detailing shop. However, there's really no standard in the industry. I've seen "detailing" shops that range from regular hand wash / wax locales to car show detailers.
