Interior Door Scratch..can it be fixed?

On an 07 G35 Sedan with graphite interior..what's the material that's on the actual door (not the 'pseudo leather' insert) but the actual door itself-right below the window. I got the showroom car..dumb, I know..and it's scratched..and my eye goes to it all the time and I want to know IF there's anything I can do about it at all?

I have an arsenal of stuff from my old car and some new stuff on the way from George..so is there anything at all that can be done..it's driving me crazy.

you can minimize scuffs with some Prima Nero. it will leave be hind a nice
matte finish.

as far as the areas that are dug in... ive seen some people use crayon to
fill them.

I was very much like you where I focused on all the small problems on my car (for me it was the dirt on my leather seat which lead to me ruining my seats with a Mr. Clean magic eraser) but you will get over it eventually; haha.

If you want to fix it; I believe the only way is to go to a shop that will heat the plastic panel and mold it to cover the scratch.

Take it back to the dealership and have them replace it under warranty.

Nevermind.....I didn't see it was an 07. Why didn't you say something when you picked up the car? I would still see if they will do something for you.

Because I didn't see it..I got the car 'delivered' at 9:00 at night..so I didn't even notice it until the weekend when I did my initial detail inside and out.

I would ask them for that but they are already replacing a passenger side seat.

Thanks for all the help folks.

If you purchased the car recently they should honor your request.....I would still ask them to replace the door panel. They charge back Infiniti for the warranty work, so it not out of their pocket....Try it now before too much time goes by.
