Question Leather care

Just curious as to what recommendations people might have for the best product to clean and protect the leather in my G35. Thanks in advance.

i think it's called lexol...you can buy it from the dealership or any auto parts store. they sell the cleaner and conditioner separately. they're like 8 bucks a pop, pretty good price. I've also tried meguiars gold class cleaner/conditioner...not as good, but more cost-effective

Can/should these products be used on the dash and other plastic/vinyl parts of the interior. Or should they be used only on the leather?

they are made for leather. For plastic and trim of the interior I find that a damp microfiber cloth works well.

Since your leather is coated with a polyurethane coating, I just treat it as vinyl and use 303 aerospace protectant on it

+1 I love this stuff, I clean the whole interior with it, and I even use it on the tires.

He's actually right. No conditioner going to do anything to your factory leather seats in the G35.

Sounds like great stuff. Is "303 aerospace protectant" the name of the product or a generic term? Where can I find it?

spray onto a foam applicator, wipe onto the seat, remove excess with a MF. Pretty foolproof
