The one we offer is the Metro Vac 'n Blo

One of my favorite things about this vacuum is the number of attachments it has to clean every portion of your car. One of the smallest ones is about the diameter of a straw with bristles on the end of it. This works great for getting dust out of small cracks and crevices.

The Metro Vac 'n Blow is light weight and delivers large amounts of power with the 4HP motor. One of the best features that most people don't even realize is that it doubles up as a blower, which can be used to blow water out cracks after a wash, blow out dust from cracks and crevices in the interior and much more.

It's been a popular machine amongst detailers, it won't disappoint.

George

The only thing you can't do with the metro is suck up water like a wet/dry vac.

The Metro Vac is pricey but it is the best car vac and I've used a lot of them. If you can swing it you will be set for life.

I have a 10 gallon wet dry vac with about 5 attachments although i only use 2. sucks water and blows air. id go with a wetdry vac if i were you. may be larger and clunkier, but it will probably be better.

I have mini attachments for my wet/dry shop vac, look like this:
This describes them:
Micro Cleaning Kit
These mini attachments include a Straight Wand, Curved Wand, Crevice Tool, Round Brush, and Oval Brush. This is the perfect kit to clean those small niches of your electronic equipment, dashboards, vcr's and other tight spots.

i use a 4 gallon rigid(sp?) vac from homedepot. works very well for me. i also pick up an attachment kit similiar to the one pictured above, but from a local store.

around here i see more people using rigid vac for the big stuff and a small 1 gallon shopvac from walmart for those hard to reach areas.

I've heard good things about the Rigid vac's as well. You guys are right in that the biggest downside of the Vac 'n Blo is that it isn't a wet / dry vac. In most cases, this isn't an issue, but for shampooing carpets or if you have a really bad stain, wet / dry vacuums come in handy.
