Headlights "glazed"(?)
Re: Headlights "glazed"(?)
I had the same problem with my lights and used the Plastix as suggested by 35 Bills. It worked and I tried it on my pathfinder as well. You wouldn't believe the crap that comes off your headlight covers. Even when they appear clean, they're not. The Plastix works great and I use it once every 2 weeks to keep the crud off...

So, Geo, you still use the 3M. I got lazy and now use the Klasse AIO on them when I wax my car. The 3M is WAY better but as you know I am lazy at times

I use Plexus plastic polish to both Clean AND Polish. This stuff is industrial strength and is used on Airplanes mainly. Got it from autopia autocare for about $4. The stuff will last you forever since all you need is a couple sprays every month or so.

has anyone ever heard of using break fluid? the guy who bought my integra said he used brake fluid to clean the lights. i tried some plastic polish from maguires that worked pretty well. but evidently not well enough after looking at what this guy did.
i got a coupe and only mt drivers side light is doing this crap... if i rub my finger on it hard it seems to go away for a lil while... have to go get some 3m plastic cleaner and polish
Just use Plastic X like everyone else has said to use. I been noticing the ever light start to hazy right next to the hood on ever car. Could this be some of the stuff coming out from the engine bay ??? Correct me if im wrong.
