Hopup Racing? I like the look of the VeilSide Kit, but price seems a bit on the low side, wondering if is a duplicate kit? Anyone order from this company before? Your input is very important. Thanks,

Yea, I had experience with them. Products that they offer are good, but I have to say that their service SUCKS!!!! It is so hard to get in contact with them. I wrote them several emails and they don't ever write back. I tried instant messaging them on their screen name and they will answer you if you are lucky.

There is this one time that this when I instant message them and they freaking lady (assuming it was a lady because the font was in pink) gave me attitude because I was asking too many questions about my order. They said they didn't have my order in stock because it was still on back order. And I told them that I recieved information of it being in the back of the inventory, so I asked her to double check. At first she said no, that she is sure nothing came in that day. We argued for a bit and finally she decides to go check, and sitting along with the rest of the inventory was my order. She comes back to tell me that another representative didn't tell her the information and that it wasn't her fault. I get it that it was all a misunderstanding, but I should at least get a SORRY for the attitude. Any company who does not treat their customers like king is on my bad list.

We do not like to post about other vendors, normally. However, in this situation, I will chime in. Here's a little bit of background info about Hopup Racing. When they established their business, they COMPLETELY copied our website. Part by part, text, pictures, everything. Not only did they do that, but they lowered their pricing to ***** out, and compete with us. We had to contact them, and threaten to take legal action. They changed some things around, to "satisfy" us. We actually still get calls inquiring if we are the same company!!!!! So sad, that people have such little self-respect, that they have to go to these lenghts to create a business. Up until around a month ago, they were selling the HKS F-CON VPRO as well!!!! If you don't know, only HKS Pro-Dealers (like us) can advertise HKS Pro Parts! Furthermore, only HKS Pro-Dealers can install! Guess what?? Hopup doesn't even have a store front, let alone, an installation facility! Shaaaaady.....

I could go on and on all day about this shady company, but I would rather take care of my customers then talk about trash. Thanks!
