Does anyone have any ideas on what is going on with my chrome wheel? There is a circular copper colored blemish of sorts on it. I have used the PS21 Finish Restorer on it with no luck. Can this be the copper finish that is underneath the chrome showing through? Any fixes for this?

 

yeah it probably wore away to the copper layer. you more then likely need it plated again
