ah crap!
JUST got out of the dentists office and there were like three huge bird crap spots on my roof and hood...and guess what? THEY ARE BAKED ON cuz of the heat. GRRRRrrr!!! I just washed my car last nite too! Does anyone pack a spray bottle w/ water and soap to spot wash that crap??? What do u guys do? I dont know if I'm being too **** about it but that just bothers me so i pulled into a gas station and cleaned it all up..but now i got water spots, geez...

I keep a bottle of Meguiars Quik Detail Spray in my trunk and a sack of microfiber towels for such occasions.
Also have my buffer, rubbing compound, polishes, foam pads, 100 ft. extension cord in there. I've been known to randomly touch up friends' car scratches while they aren't looking.

Lol, that is funny. I can totally relate though. Whenever a bid sh*ts on my car, I'm always willing to get rid of it as soon as it happens. I think I'm going to start keeping 1 or 2 MF towels and a bottle of bug/tar/sap/bird sh*t remover in the trunk.

I just loaded my trunk with a bottle of spring water and some towels just for this wonderful occassion......I love the summer, but the birds sure seem to zero in on the G!!!
And believe me, some of their dumps will etch the paint in no time flat (depending on their diet of course), so don't let it sit on the finish any longer than needed.......
My last car had a few of the scars from crap I neglected to remove.....................[img]/w3timages/icons/mad.gif[/img]

Ditto that here. The Quick Detailer spray works pretty good on that stuff for me. I usually get the worst of the stuff off with a damp kleenex first before wasting my precious microfiber towels on it though; hehe.
