Scratches on interior black panels.

I really didn't want a black interior car exactly for this reason. My black panels on the door are showing some scratches. Is there a way to buff them off? The scratches look lighter than the door panel plastic which makes it annoying enough for me to notice. I even leave the car carefully. In fact, when someone says they want to put people in my car I tell them it's a 2 person 4door car..

Ditto on my car. They were there when I bought the car. Hope someone has the answer.

I read somewhere that a heat gun can slightly melt the plastic and make the scratches disappear? Don't know the validity of that claim.
