I wanted Huper Optik since it was non-metallic, has superior heat blocking properties, and great clarity. I contacted Huper and they pointed me to Accutint. They have a shop in Seattle and Bellevue. It cost me about $500 for Huper 40 on sides and back and Llumar 50 on the front. They said they didn't do Huper on the front as it was too hard to shrink. Also, on the rear they only go up to the dot matrix. Getting vinyl over it cost $40 more. Anyways, I did the install and it turns out there was an inch long hair near the rear view mirror. I complained about this and they say that since it's not legal to install tint on the front, it would cost me to get it removed and reinstalled. I thought this was funny since they have the logo similar to "pursuit of perfection". I say that I've already spent $500 so they agree to $30. Anyways, the reinstall went fine. On the rear, they used 3 strips rather than a single strip so some parts of the seam are apparent. All in all, I cannot recommend this place. Bad service, bad install, expensive. Unfortunately, they seem to be the only Huper installer in town.
