Removing House paint

I was at work today when a coworker told me that some idiot had splatted house paint all over my car. I walked outside to see how bad it was and theres white paint all over my black obsidian sedan. its not hot its cloudy and has been raining so I think it should be ok. any ideas how to safely remove it w/o damaging my paint? I have goof off but am a little worried to use that.

Anything a clay bar didn't remove will come off with an orange pad and medium polish like SIP or IP.
