Threw my mats in the washing machine...

I just threw my mats in the washing machine and put it on normal wash with hot water. They now look spanking new. That is all.

PS: I got too lazy to scrub them like everyone suggested.

Carpet mats, the all season are an easy clean. I don't have a camera at the moment.

what about where your heal digs into the driver side mat

mine is all flattened at that part

will putting it in a washing machine take it out? or at least help?

The hot water makes the mat really soft, after I took it out I put all the mats and put them under my living room rug. I have a heavy table that makes them all flat.

There is something I would of never thought of. I guess when you want to learn how to do something quickly ask a lazy man. I have to try this at some point.

I did this a while back with my Nissan mats and it did work great. I was afraid to try this with my infiniti mats though. The Nissan mats are black and I've got the tan interior in the G. Should work all the same but I was afraid it wouldn't work out well with the tan. Anyone have experience there?
