Anyways, this one took me much longer than I thought it was going to, the paint was suuuuuuper thing, some in the low 90's and it was not repainted very well, another case of "sticky" paint. Correction – methods vary (dependent upon paint mfg.); (a) Cleaning the paint surface to remove debris (silicone, wax or sealant, etc) (b) Using less downward pressure and using a less aggressive (softer) foam pad (c) Add lubrication (mineral oil) (d) Use a random orbital polisher (speed 4) |
