Black wheel maintenance?

Hi guys I am wanting to really detail my black wheels, they have a polished lip and are filthy. I was wanting to know what's the best cleaner to use on these kinda wheels along with a certain polish and what not for them. I have a few scratches on my lips....any suggestions? Thanks guys.

I use P21S, but it's really only good for one wash, because after that, get the wheels and barrels real clean with the P21S, letting it dwell, agitate, dwell, agitate, rinse off. Then clay the wheels, use a normal light paint polish for your lips because they are probably clear coated like normal paint, then seal with a couple coats Poorboy's wheel sealant. After that, just maintain with car wash soap and water, and when the PB wheel sealant wears off, reapply. You use very little when you use it, so a jar is going to last you a long time.

Find out if your polished lips are anodized or clear coated before you polish them.
