New Zaino Question

I put on 3 coats last year without using the claybar. I would like to do the claybar this year. What is the best process for this or would it be wasted to use the claybar on top of the coats.

Re: New Zaino Question

If you use the zaino claybar, it will be fine. The zaino will still be intact. It will just be full of holes where the clay picked out the contaminants. But last year is a long time to go... the zaino might be all gone.

Re: New Zaino Question

I agree with Puff, the Zaino is most likely all gone. I had about 6 coats that I put on during the spring, and I don't think much is left. Of course, it depends on if your car is kept outside/inside, daily driver, etc! I would wash with Dawn again and start from scratch. Just my opinion, but you will probably get the best results!

Re: New Zaino Question

Thanks, I am going to start from scratch again.

By the way, anyone know the best way to get fine scratches out of the rear bumper? They are not past the clearcoat.

Re: New Zaino Question

dawn doesnt get Zaino out... it just makes your car look a little dull... i thought only alcohol will get zaino out... you might want to research that
