black interior help?

i just bought my car last week and i noticed that there were some white specs on the leather...kinda looks like paint flakes..maybe even white out? i'm not sure, but they're everywhere in the front and back seats. i figured i could clean them out but to my avail, i couldn't. i dont want re-dye my seats. any suggestions?

Is your car white? pictures may help, do the flakes come off if you scratch them lightly with your finger nail?
