Re: The BEST Cleaners for Certain PARTS

There are sooo many products for the areas you mentioned....
I have ordered several products from this site
I like the Sonus line as well as the P21S cleaners and wax

I use the 1Z interior cleaners and leather treatments, and they work quite well IMO.......

I think Stoners invisible glass cleaner is about the best out there...but everybody has their own favorite....

Try to avoid using windex and the likes with amonia in them....they tend to dull and stain the plastic/vinyl parts of the dash.........

If your read some of the detailing articles it will give you some insight as to what you may need for your own applications...
good luck.

Here's what works for me:

1. How do you make your wheels and tires look just like in show room ? Shiny and clean like that? Eimann Fabrik Black Sapphire Tire Gel

2. How do you clean windows? Stoner's or Sprayway #50

3. For interior Leather seats? Lexol Cleaner/Conditioner (alternate with 303 Aerospace Protectant for added UV protection)

4. Vinyl? 303 Aerospace Protectant

5. Dash? 303 Aerospace Protectant

Note, for gauges, use water moistened mf towel and/or air spray.

I get most at www.properautocare.com

Does the Lexol shine up your seats. I have not cleaned my seats yet in the 10 months I owned my G because I dont want it to get that armor all shine look. I hate shiny interiors.

Lexol shouldn't make your seats and interior shiny; it should clean the leather pretty well though. Any shine you get when you apply it will fade quickly. I've found it to be a decent leather cleaner, although admittedly I haven't cleaned my G35's interior yet with Lexol (in the first 4 months)...hey, thanks for reminding me ;-)
