painting lower plastic panels

I have a non aero kit sedan and was wondering if I could paint the lower panels which are black plastic to match my paint job. Actually I know it can be painted but want to know if it will last or wil it peel. I plan to take it to a professional and have them paint it with infiniti paint.

Re: painting lower plastic panels

There are a few guys around here that have painted the lower plastics on the non-aero kit equipped G35 sedan. I don't believe any of them (including myself) have had any issues with peeling. I have to say, my car looks 1000x better without the cheap looking black on the bottom. It reminded me of the a Honda Civic LX.
