Is this fixable? (leather)

This is the drivers seat in my friends 1995 Lexus SC300. The leather is extremely dry and shriveled up. I refer to it as the 'rhino hyde' edition for Lexus.

I tried brushing zaino into it and it worked a little bit, but im not sure if theres anything else can fix it (or atleast make it better)

I believe the best leather product is Leatherique. You should look into it.

you can try getting a hair dryer, or shove it in the sun to heat up the leather, apply alot of conditioner like its sunscreen on the seat and let it sit there for an hour so that the leather has time to absorb the conditioner.

Though it looks bad give it a try.
