I've got a couple of barely noticeable dust spots under the film on my driver's side window. The installer said he'd take it off and replace, but surely too remove the film must be a nightmare and I'm worried about adhesive etc. Is it worth going through the agony of replacement and will the finished product be as good as the initial install?
Any feedback would be appreciated, thanks.

taking the tint off is very easy. they can either peel it off or soak it off. clean up with a razor blade and start fresh. should be fine

 

If he's doing it for free and he's confident he can do it let him. He has insurance [img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img].
