Front Bumper Restoration -- Is it possible??

Basically, I am contemplating on switching out the stock for a nismo if the stock is unrepairable, but if it can be, ill be looking into a lip. Anyways, onto the pictures:

here's a shot of the front:

<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/26522617@N00/4729055807/" title="IMG_2599 by jrhykushii, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1178/4729055807_e2b389c3a1.jpg" width="500" height="333" alt="IMG_2599" /></a>

as you can see.. there is a deep dent.
the scrapes on the bottom were from the PO.
i dont mind them bc if i get a lip, it'll cover it up anyways.

also, you cannot see in this picture but there is also 2 vertical dents
between the plate and the left headlight. ill get better pics up tomorrow.

lastly, i have these wavy scuffs (??)
might of been a result of the PO's crappy job repainting the front bumper. i really don't know.
this is just 1 example. a few more areas have this.
will scratch x help take this out? or a random orbital with meguiars ultimate compound?

Pleaseee bless me with all your knowledge,
because if this bumper can be salvaged,
i'd very much like to do just that! TYVM in advance!

i am not sure about the dents and stuff it is kinda of a toss up. it is possible but it might not come out looking right. the scuffs are hairline cracks in the clear. i had the same thing on the bottom of my bumper and the easiest way to fix it is if you sand it down and repaint it. but take it to an auto body shop and get a quote. they will be able to tell you for sure.

bumppp.. any experience taking out dents and dings?? wetsand? bondo? heat and ice?

any advice is appreciated lol. repainting would be my last option, and if i were to choose that, i'd rather repaint a different bumper, not stock lol

Just get a new bumper. You would need to repaint at least some parts, and for even small repairs it would still be expensive. The dents are in a bad place and the cracked clear at the very least would need a re-paint.
